then what?!

So the problem is that my clients don't know what they want from the project. The reason they don't know is two faced. Firstly, my project's Client Program Manager cannot get the business stake holders to a conclusion about what they want. Secondly, the requirement being captured are allegedly swaying away from the original business vision.
Not that it matters that the business vision came into being not too long ago. And we are probably the first scape goats ;)

We depend on other projects to make the integrated system work as such. Others also depend on us. But they are somewhat uninterested in discussing and conclusively freezing the interface agreements.

There is a lack of resources, and a Infy guy is allocated to the client to help gather Use Case Requirements, which in turn are elaborated as part of requirements gathering by Infy resources (your truly included).

Infy is doing evaluation of Content Management Tool (i hear they drastically improve and sanctify processes...although at a good cost), for a business that has required and used it for like 10 years. Infy, as far as i know might have just got their hands wet now!
Same is the case of Item Authoring tool (evaluated by me). I believe Infy has not even stepped near the sink for this ;)

neways, life goes on.
I hear, BLR2 is getting more and more projects because of the quality of resources is better and we have proved ourselves with many high risk, time constrained and techie projects.
Good to hear that.
Fear the future though!

let's see where this goes.
maybe i'll be out of this one before it closes out on all of us.
